Terms and conditions for admission against residual seats

  1. The candidates should have passed 12 the examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board (it is found that in India about 43 unrecognized Boards are playing, who are providing 12th pass certificate to the candidates and such 12th pass certificate from those unrecognized Boards should not be accepted for admission).
  2. English should be a compulsory subject in his/her higher secondary (10+2) course.
  3. Age limit as on 1st July, 2020 should not be more than 25 Years for General , EWS, OBC categories and not more than 28 years for SC, ST & PD categories.
  4. If the Institute is liable to maintain the reservation criteria as per the rules of Central/ Concerned State Govt, they must follow the same reservation criteria while giving direct admission under these categories. No violation of reservation policy procedure be made.
  5. No admission be confirmed without getting NOC from the Council. To get NOC, Institute must send the information in the proforma annexed (Annexure-I) stating all the details of actual approved intake and actual students reported till 20th July, 2020 while obtaining NOC, no enclosure should be send. Responsibility of ready credential of the candidates in terms of qualification from recognised board, percentage of marks, age and English as compulsory subject will be of the Institute.
  6. Reporting for such direct admission candidates be allowed till 2nd August, 2020.
  7. Institute will forward the copies of 12th mark sheet, category certificate (SC/ST/EWS/PD) and date of birth proof of all such direct admission candidates to the Council during the month of August 2020.
  8. In no case the Institute will cross the actual intake approved by the NCH MCT while admission through counselling as well as direct admission under these categories.
  9. The Institute will call for applications from the eligible candidates by making an advertisement and make a panel of interested candidates according to their aggregate marks in 12th qualification and make them wait till the last round of counselling process to ascertain the actual residual vacancies in the Institute as stated in above paras.
  10. The physical reporting in the Institute will be 20th July 2020, as such the actual residual vacancies can be ascertained by the Institutes thereafter. Therefore, no direct admission be made without obtaining NOC from the Council. After getting NOC from the Council the candidates kept on waiting for direct admission can be given provisional admission only and be allowed in the class. Admission can be confirmed after verification of the documents at NCHM during August, 2020.
  11. The admission process against the residual vacancies be completed by 2nd August 2020 and a compliance report to that effect be sent to the NCHMCT immediately thereafter.
